Zoom Tai Chi Monthly Session

Join us to practice short form Tai Chi in a group setting on Zoom, Fridays at 10:00am central time.

What you'll get:

  • Warm-up exercises to stretch and strengthen your muscles.
  • Tai Chi single forms to ground and clear your mind.
  • A mind-body connection to link the Tai Chi single forms into graceful movements that creates balance on both sides of the body.
  • Breathing techniques to calm the nervous system.

These classes run month to month, usually starting the first Friday of the month and running through 4 Fridays.

Zoom links will be provided after purchase, usually arriving the day before class.
